**Terms of Service**

1. Order Placement: By placing an order with Brits Boards LLC, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for order processing and delivery.


2. "In placing an order with Brits Boards LLC,  please be advised that a minimum of 2 business days is required to process your order effectively. This processing time allows us to meticulously curate and prepare each board to ensure the highest quality and presentation standards for our valued customers. We appreciate your understanding and patience in allowing us the necessary time to craft your bespoke charcuterie experience. 


3. Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.

4. Cancellation and Refunds: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time frame, cancellations may incur a processing fee depending on order size. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds after 24 hours of purchase. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, pickup and/or service. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill if we deem it appropriate.

5. Delivery: We strive to deliver orders in a timely manner. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

6. Cash on Delivery option: You acknowledge and agree to a 25% of Total Order nonrefundable deposit requirement. This deposit ensures reservation of your order and covers preparation costs. Please note that the deposit is nonrefundable, regardless of order cancellation or return. 

7. Product Quality: We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, pickup and/or service, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
