Refund policy
Cancellation and Refunds for Regular Orders (Non Events): Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time frame, cancellations may incur a processing fee depending on order size. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds after 48 hours of purchase. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, pickup and/or service. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill if we deem it appropriate.
Catering Service Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to book the event. This deposit is to secure your event date and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the event. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or any other agreed-upon method.
2. Cancellation Policy
- The $100.00 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation of the event by the client.
- In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be returned or credited towards any future event or service.
3. Changes to Event Details
- Any changes to the event details, including the number of guests, menu selection, and event timing, must be communicated to us at least 7 days prior to the event date. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee that all changes will be possible.
- Changes made less than 7 days prior to the event may incur additional charges.
4. Final Guest Count
- A final guest count must be provided at least 7 days prior to the event. This number will be used for billing purposes, and no reductions will be accepted after this date. Increases in guest count are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
5. Food and Beverage
- Our catering service will provide the food and beverages as agreed upon in the event contract. Any additional items requested on the day of the event will be billed separately.
- We are committed to ensuring the highest quality and safety of the food we serve. We assume no responsibility for any food provided by the client or any other outside sources.
6. Liability
- We will take utmost care to ensure the success of your event. However, we shall not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, accidents, or government restrictions.
7. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the event.
- The client must ensure that the event venue is available and accessible for our staff to set up and deliver services as agreed.
8. Event Conduct
- We reserve the right to terminate services at any event if our staff is subjected to unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior. The client will still be responsible for full payment in such cases.
9. Acceptance of Terms
- By paying the $100.00 deposit, the client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
